Geochemical Science

Welcome to Geochemical Science.  This is a one semester course which combines the Physical Sciences with Earth Science applications.  The first half of the year is called Geochemical Science and the second semester is called Geophysical Science.  During the Geochemical semester, students will be introduced to basic chemistry concepts along with Earth Science applications.

Students will study matter and the properties of matter in detail.  Labs will be conducted in order to increase student understanding of the concepts studied.

The first week of school students will become familiar with safety symbols and procedures.
